The hexagon nuts with clamping part are self-locking nuts with plastic insert. You do not need to store and assemble additional elements such as washers or spring washers. On one of the two end faces, a polyamide ring-shaped clamping part is firmly attached and cannot be accidentally forgotten. The plastic insert has a reliable clamping effect when fastening the nut. The multiple use of the hexagonal nut is not intended.

Surface (VZD): galvanized, thick-film passivated, min. 5μm | corrosion resistance to DIN EN ISO 9227*: white rust 72h, red rust 144h | defined coefficient of friction μ(total) = 0.12 - 0.18 for elements with a nominal tensile strength ≥ 800 MPa
*The verification of the mentioned minimum requirements is carried out according to the test conditions of DIN EN ISO 4042, galvanic coatings for fasteners. For dimensions < M5, the above values may deviate downwards.
